Equescapes Equestrian Adventures, further referred to here as Equescapes, acts as a booking agent in making arrangements and reservations (including but not limited to accommodations, transportation, riding activities, some meals, and tours) and as a trip leadership service. The company and or its agents, outfitters, suppliers, and contractors are not liable for injury, damage, loss, accident, death, delay, irregularity, or any other liability or expense. Furthermore, they are not liable for any act or default of any other company or person providing or rendering services included in the trip. The company and or its agents accept no responsibility for any illness, injury, dispute, machinery breakdown, weather conditions, weather conditions, misadventure or casualty of any kind beyond the scope of their control. The company reserves the right to cancel or change any trip or aspect of any trip, for reasons including sufficient number of participants.
The client, at the time of making a full booking or making a booking deposit for a trip, acknowledges and accepts the position of the company as stipulated by the foregoing and agrees to hold the company harmless in making arrangements on the client's behalf, as well as agrees to abide by the following terms and conditions. The client furthermore agrees to the separate terms and conditions of any and all outfitters and suppliers. Any restitution of damages claimed against suppliers shall be sought directly from the suppliers.

Payment of deposit or full payment constitutes consent on behalf of the client to all terms, conditions & provisions stated herein.
Rates are subject to change without notice, and Equescapes reserves the right to adjust trip prices to cover increases in cost, tariffs, taxes, foreign exchange rates, and other unforeseen costs.
Payment
Payment must be made by credit card, check or bank transfer to Equescapes Equestrian Adventures. Full payment must be received 60 days prior to departure. Some trips require a deposit to me made to reserve a spot.
Changes & Cancellations
Notification of changes or cancellations must be made in writing or by email as early as possible.
Charges for changes and cancellations by days prior to departure:
90+ days: full refund
61-90 days: full refund minus 50% deposit
31-60 days: full refund minus full deposit
0-30 days: full price non-refundable
If Equescapes cancels the trip for any reason, a full refund (including deposit) will be made. If Equescapes changes the trip, resulting in a change of cost, the difference will be refunded if less, and charged if more, due prior to departure.
Additional Travel & Expenses
Trip prices do NOT cover the following:
Airfare to destination (unless specifically otherwise noted)
Travel Insurance (unless specifically otherwise noted)
Costs of obtaining passports or visas or entry fees into the country
Costs of any required or recommended vaccinations or other health precautions
Excess baggage or shipping charges
Meals not specifically included in trip itinerary
Room service charges, laundry, telephone, and other personal charges
Beverages not included with itinerary meals
Additional transportation, activity, or guide services
Any other items not specifically included in trip itinerary
Equescapes encourages trip extensions, however, additional transportation, accommodations, and logistics must be arranged and paid for separately by the client. When possible, trip extensions can be made with and through Equescapes, but when our schedule prevents this possibility, the client is responsible for their own travel entirely, outside of the Equescapes trip dates.
Additional expenses incurred as the result of change, delay or cancellation of any flights, or delays or events beyond the control of Equescapes and its agents will be the responsibility of the client. Flights are occasionally subject to cancellation or over-booking. In the event of a flight change, delay, or cancellation, Equescapes will do all possible t assist clients in making alternate arrangements, and/or accommodating any arrangements made. This is done as a courtesy to clients, and Equescapes will not be held responsible for any additional costs thus incurred, not funds not recovered for any missed flights or other delays in travel via air, sea, or rail.
Equescapes recommends travel insurance/travel protection but does not provide this service. Equescapes is not liable for loss, damage or theft of luggage or personal belongings, or for personal injury, accident, illness, or death. Please ensure that you have adequate insurance coverage before departing. If you choose not to purchase travel insurance, you do so at your own risk.
